When I am posting to the blog, I use the built-in photo insert tool. I first download the image to my computer from the internet. Then on the blog website, I select the link for creating a new post. The icon for inserting pictures is on the posting window and looks like a small picture. When you click that, you can browse to images on your computer and post to the blog.
